Sourced from 35–45-year-old vines grown on Kimmeridgian limestone soils in Fleys, Chablis, Chichée, and Béru, it offers aromas of white flowers, yellow stone fruit, and green apple. The palate is medium-bodied with vibrant acidity and a weighty mid-palate, leading to a long, mineral-driven finish. Aged 8–12 months on lees, predominantly in stainless steel with 10% in used barrels, it maintains purity while gaining subtle complexity.
