At THEWINERACK LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please review our policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
1.1 We accept returns for unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for Free.
1.2 Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
1.3 We cannot accept returns for perishable items, including wine that has been opened, unless faulty.
2. How to Return an Item
2.1 To request a return, please contact us at orders@thewinerack.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2.2 Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and shipping label.
3. Refunds Process
3.1 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
3.2 If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
4.1 If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
4.2 We will arrange a replacement, refund, or partial refund, depending on the issue.
4.3 We will cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items.
5. Cancellations
5.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unopened and unused.

5.3 If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the items before a refund is processed.
