Delivery Information
1. Delivery Areas
• We currently deliver within the UK only (Excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands)
• We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Times & Charges
• Free delivery on orders
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
3. Delivery Process
• Orders are processed within 1 working day after payment confirmation. A 2-4 working day delivery timeframe is provided at checkout or on the product page.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
4. Age Verification Policy
• Alcohol deliveries must be accepted by someone 18 years or older.
• The courier may request valid ID (passport or driving licence) upon delivery.
• If no eligible recipient is available, the order will be returned, and you may be charged for redelivery.
5. Missed or Failed Deliveries
• If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a collection note.
• If an order is returned due to multiple failed delivery attempts, we may charge a redelivery fee.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
