1. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland and Channel Islands). Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. How long does delivery take?
• Standard Delivery: 1-3 working days from dispatch.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.

3. How much does delivery cost?
• Free Delivery on orders.

4. Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

At this time, we do not offer same day or next day delivery, however some orders may arrive before the date stated.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

6. What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
• The courier may attempt redelivery or leave a collection note.
• If no one over 18 years old is available, the order will be returned, and you may be charged for redelivery.

7. Do you check ID on delivery?

Yes. Since we sell alcohol, the courier may request valid ID (passport or driving licence) upon delivery.

8. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible at orders@thewinerack.co.uk. Once dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

9. What should I do if my order is late?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If you still need help, contact us at orders@thewinerack.co.uk.

10. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

11. Can I request a specific delivery date?

Currently, we do not offer scheduled deliveries.

12. Will the vintage of wine in my order always be the same as the one shown on the website?

The vintage of the wines on our website may vary depending on availability. If the vintage you ordered is out of stock, we will substitute it with a similar wine of the same quality and price, if you require the specific vintage shown, contact us at orders@thewinerack.co.uk.
