3.1 All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
3.2 Payments must be made through our approved payment providers. We do not store payment details.
3.3 If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or replacement.
4. Delivery
4.1 We deliver within the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands). All orders are free delivery and estimated times are provided at checkout.
4.2 You must ensure that someone 18 or older is available to accept delivery.
4.3 If delivery fails due to incorrect details or absence of an eligible recipient, you may be charged a redelivery fee.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with proof of the issue.
5.2 We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are free.
5.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
6. Cancellations
6.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened.
