Fermented in stainless steel, a portion of the blend has contact with oak to give an added dimension of spiciness to the plummy fruit and soft tannins, so typical of Merlot.

This wine is bright ruby red in colour. The nose boasts intense aromas of blackberry, raspberry, and blueberry with hints of black plum and fig. The palate is balanced with very good structure leading to a persistent and smooth finish.
